Finding New Weblings to Tame

Hello,

I have been a Weblings player for a week and have tamed almost all of the Weblings given to me when I started. How do I find new Weblings to tame? I cannot figure out if they just "appear" or if there is something special I need to do. I do not have Lily or Nia to tame, and I would like to have more Weblings to tame other than Libby, as I have tamed all the others.

As you finish collecting all the currently availiable Weblings the next tier unlocks and you have a new set of untamed Weblings to spend tokens on.

I think Lily is in Tier 4 and Naia is in tier 5, they slip them into various tiers when they add them.
